Anatto
Is elaborated with anatto seeds, clove, cinnamon, garlic, oregano, cumin and other spices of the highest quality. This paste may be used to cook any kind of meat: beef, veal, chicken, pork, fish and more providing a very unique taste.


Garlic Paste
This cream is made of crushed garlic. This is great for cooking every type of dish.

 



Anatto Seasoning Liquid
This seasoning liquid contains vinegar and all of the ingredients mentioned above. This liquid presentation is ready to use for cooking.

 



Steak Seasoning
This is a paste made with pepper, garlic, coriander, seet pepper, x´catik pepper, onion, cinnamon and cumin. It may be used to season beef, pork, fish and chicken.


Chilmole Seasoning Paste
